Conservatory Lab Charter School seeks teachers who are passionate about teaching, learning and developing curriculum that captures students’ interests and connects them to the community. Conservatory teachers work in teams to ensure that the school’s academic standards are rigorous, clear, measurable, and aligned with MA standards. The CLCS building substitute is a teacher with excellent classroom management skills. The ideal candidate has a unique appreciation for students across the grade levels. The building substitute must be flexible and able to adapt to working in different classrooms and grade levels. The ideal candidate will utilize the schoolwide management systems consistently across classrooms to ensure a supportive learning environment for all students.

2-3 years of experience working with urban youth
