My client, a 200 bed hospital located in TN in the middle between Nashville and Knoxville has a need for Athletic Trainers to join their team. New Grads will be accepted.
This position is responsible for the prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The athletic trainer serves as a primary resource for sports medicine education and delivery of these responsibilities through community outreach and hospital programs, coverage of athletic events, and assisting with clinical and physician services. The ATC may also have responsibilities in the outpatient therapy clinic. All ATC’s are required to have clinical competency for adolescent and adult age groups. ATC’s are not expected to routinely work with geriatrics, children, or infants but are required to have basic CPR and first aid skills for those age groups.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine or related field required.
Certified by National Association of Athletic Trainers Association
