- Assist team with PC refreshes including imaging, installations, and configurations.
- Fix printer, laptop, and workstation issues.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues courteously and patiently in person and over the phone.
- Provide upbeat customer service to all end-users.
- 1-3 years of experience preferable.
- Active Directory knowledge.
- Excellent customer service / end user skills.
- Experience fixing peripherals.
- Windows O/S and Microsoft Office knowledge.
