About Connecting the Pieces:

Connecting the Pieces delivers interventions that improves the lives of learners with special education needs and their families while working collaboratively with the school team. We offer comprehensive services to students who present with challenging behaviors and educational need. CTP provides individual attention to each student we serve while bringing all those working with the student together to ensure a collaborative effort in helping the student reach their fullest potential.

Position types:

  • Behavior Health Technicians in Delaware, Chester and Allegheny Counties only

Required Credentials

  • For Paraprofessional/ Behavior Health Technician role: candidates need a high school diploma
  • 1-2 years working with children with who have special needs

(BHT-40-hour training covering the RBT Task List provided by CTP and no cost to candidate if not already RBT certified)

Available hours: daytime, after school, evenings, weekend and summers.

· Ability to negotiate an hourly rate with the Human Resources Department

· Freedom to decide how much time you want to work each week - work as many cases (hours) or as few as you like (based on case availability)
