We are seeking a passionate, problem-solver that is willing to roll up their sleeves to be successful. Our Area/Regional Manager position is for someone who wants to ‘own’ a book of business and oversee all aspects of running a territory four our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to communicate expectations and deliver results to our client base for their facility management services, in this role predominately for daily janitorial services.

- Ability to communicate with diverse sub-contractor base in order to ensure that commitments and deadlines are being met in accordance to corporate/client guidance.

- Ability to recruit, train, and if needed terminate sub-contractors within assigned area/region.

- Ability to actively contribute to cleaning of locations, if needed, to ensure daily client satisfaction with scope of work.

- Conduct inspections in regards to the level of cleanliness in stores, follow-up with contractors to ensure resolution, and met with local store management to ensure satisfaction of services.

Requirements:

- Must be willing and able to travel to client retail locations to meet with store and regional leadership to ensure consistent and positive communication.

- Minimum of three (3) years of janitorial experience, either at a supervisor or regional manager level.

- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a preferred.

Compensation:

- Base compensation commensurate with experience

- Company cell phone, gas card, and monthly vehicle allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
