Job Description:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Participate in educational programs and training to stay updated on healthcare best practices.
- Active RN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
