Job Description:
Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Participate in educational programs and training to stay updated on healthcare best practices.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Alabama.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
