Your New Job

Job Summary:This position will report to our SVP, Business Finance and Treasurer and will serve as an integral partner to our Congruex Network Solutions (“CNS”) team. CNS leads many of the company’s largest and most strategic customer projects, often spanning multiple geographies, and is experiencing rapid growth amidst unprecedented industry demand for increased broadband connectivity. The ideal candidate will have the desire and capability to assume a key leadership role that supports the team in meeting its strategic and operational goals related to growth, scale, and customer experienceJob Responsibilities:
  • Drive CNS annual budgeting and recurring forecasting process.
  • Provide Actual vs. Budget and historical trending analysis for both operational and financial metrics to provide timely, relevant, and actionable insight.
  • Create financial models to support both near and long-term operational and financial planning.
  • Support development and implementation of cash-to-quote process to enhance operational reporting dashboards, KPIs and forecast capabilities.
  • Partner with CNS leadership and Business Development to review new customer projects, assessing profitability metrics and tracking project status from opportunity funnel through project close-out.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis that provides insights into business performance.
  • Support the Accounting Team month-end close process and Executive Team with management reviews.
  • Collaborate with Finance Transformation team to continuously evolve and improve financial reporting systems and processes to create back-office efficiencies.
  • Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities that drive margin expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related discipline. MBA or advanced degree in Finance is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Ability and desire to learn how to optimize financial and operational processes in a rapid growth environment.
  • Strong experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with and exposure to key operational and financial accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.
  • Ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Exposure to communications infrastructure and technology sectors a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Intellectually curious with a desire to understand and improve processes
