A reputable and dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to contribute their skills and expertise to a thriving legal practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and management for Workers' Compensation claims.
• Conduct thorough reviews of medical records, insurance documents, and other relevant materials.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent paralegal certification.
• Proven experience as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
