Job Summary:

• Employment Type: Full-Time - Direct Hire
• Location: Bethlehem, PA
• Salary: $45K - $50K annually depending on experience.
• Requirements: Supervisory experience 2 years, Recruiting, ATS, Bilingual, Proficient in Excel, Gmail, computer skills, customer service and must be flexible with the schedule.

Shifts available:

• 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd shift Sunday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

You will be responsible for supervising and also supporting recruiting, and interviewing potential employees to fill open positions. We are looking for a dependable person that wants to grow in a career.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee check-ins
• Ensuring employees are set up in the clocking system
• Performing daily staffing reports
• Conducts custom orientation program for associates which incorporates customer policies
• Schedule, check in, and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees
• Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity
• All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
• Determine staffing shortfall and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to branch manager
• Complete daily and/or weekly safety audits

Ideal Candidates:

• Supervisory experience.
• Recruiting and warehouse experience is a plus.
• Likes to work with people.
• Great computer, typing skills, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Reliable and dependable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
