Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Content Creator to join our team. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content for all licensed brands, from ideation to execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas and ensure the content is aligned with our brand's identity and objectives.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and produce social-first video content for various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

● Brainstorm and conceptualize new authentic and creative ideas while maintaining the integrity of our brand identities.

● Secure, vet, and negotiate talent, crew, and locations for shoots.

● Handle all aspects of video production, from filming to editing, ensuring professional audio and visual standards.

● Manage monthly budgets and oversee multiple social-first and editorial projects simultaneously.

● Curate a long-term vision for the video vertical, including identifying new audiences, talent collaborations, and sales opportunities.

● Work closely with the social media team to bring editorial pieces to life on social platforms.

● Maintain a steady flow of high-quality content for web and social media channels.

● Elevate the aesthetic quality of assets and ensure consistency across all content.

● Conduct both in-studio and mobile recordings as required.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production.

● Independent and detail-oriented with a approach to video editing

● Proficiency in digital media software tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

● Strong knowledge of audio and lighting techniques for video recording.

● Ability to operate cameras and recording equipment effectively.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and project management abilities.

● Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

● Experience in scriptwriting and working with voiceover talent is preferred.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

● Experience in model lifestyle photography is a plus.
