A prominent Sotheby's affiliate in Florida seeks highly experienced sales executive to oversee the Developer Services Division.

The Vice President of Real Estate Developer Services is responsible for fostering developer relationships and managing on-site sales teams for luxury condominium and single-family projects. As an experienced sales executive, this role will serve as the main point of contact for sales, will support on-site sales teams, and be responsible for collaborating on marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing strategies for driving on-site sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both luxury residential sales and on-site leadership. They will design, develop, and execute thoughtful strategies and tactics that will increase sales for the respective developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing sales team members (including Sales Directors), providing direction and overall leadership for the Division.
  • Work with President/CEO, and marketing team to identify key strategies that will enable achievement of maximum sales volume.
  • Create and execute overall sales and pricing strategies from predevelopment through sales launch.
  • Utilize expertise in product pricing and sales strategies, successfully competing for, winning projects with developers
  • Define and establish short- and long-term sales goals and quotas that align with corporate objectives for each project.
  • Lead and manage the sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to develop targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead all efforts associated with account management, inside sales and business development – ensuring teams can continue to grow and provide exceptional service to clients, real estate community, and developers.
  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends and regulations, providing insights and guidance to the sales teams.
  • Engage with key top-producing agents/teams, nurturing and maintaining critical relationships across the organization

Requirements:

  • Must have proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams and areas of expertise across multiple cultural backgrounds.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a comparable role and an active Florida real estate license or willingness to secure
  • Proven results in a similar or relevant role required - experience working in real estate new development on-site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Must have the ability to travel between company locations, projects and for other needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
