About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for separately managed account clients, serving as a subject matter expert for the program. Responsibilities include becoming an expert in each client's investment guidelines, ensuring compliance with these guidelines, and proactively communicating any impacts to client portfolios. The role also involves onboarding new accounts, participating in client calls to provide market and portfolio performance updates, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (CFA is a plus), at least 8 years of experience in investment management with a strong preference for private credit experience, and a detailed understanding of fund terms and structures. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask, problem solve, and adapt to changing priorities with a client-centric approach.Critical competencies for success in this role at the company include leadership, achieving results, thinking critically, and personal effectiveness. The candidate should be a role model in these areas, focusing on the right goals, continually developing themselves and others, and delivering high-quality results. Industry knowledge, firm and product knowledge, innovation, project/program management, analytics, and relationship management are also key competencies required for the position.
