The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Network Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and innovation of the largest business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of product professionals and will have a significant cross-functional leadership role in establishing the vision, strategy, and executing product development initiatives. Key responsibilities include team development, defining product vision and strategy, leading cross-functional execution, engaging with go-to-market teams, and maintaining strategic customer relationships. The role demands a leader with a combination of servant and transformational leadership styles, strong communication and executive presentation skills, exceptional business strategy acumen, and high emotional intelligence.Candidates for this role should have significant executive-level experience in product management, particularly in the network services and/or cloud space. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud and/or network services, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, influencing and leading cross-functional teams. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in team building, strategic planning, and a continuous improvement mindset.
