About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Reporting to establish and lead a robust financial reporting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. This includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures for both management and future SEC reports, as well as managing the implementation and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting. The role also involves leading consolidation activities, intercompany accounting, and equity compensation accounting, and requires a proactive approach to staying abreast of new SEC reporting requirements and accounting standards.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, a CPA certification, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 5 years' in a role focused on SEC reporting, preferably for a global company. Deep knowledge of technical accounting and SEC rules is essential, as is experience with managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering results. The role demands excellent leadership skills to build and mentor a high-performing team, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with various internal stakeholders. Experience with Workiva, Adaptive, and NetSuite is a plus. The ideal candidate will embody the company's core behaviors, including staying curious, seeking clarity, owning outcomes, and championing inclusivity.
