The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. This pivotal role involves shaping the financial strategy and decision-making processes, leading a dynamic team responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role within a publicly traded, commercial-stage, growth-oriented biopharmaceutical organization. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and motivate high-performance teams, and outstanding organizational and communication skills are essential.Key responsibilities for the VP of FP&A include partnering on strategic initiatives, providing strategic guidance to the FP&A team, overseeing the financial planning and analysis function, leading the FP&A processes, and driving the development of financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to develop pricing and inventory management strategies, participating in the preparation of financial reports, and supporting investor relations efforts. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, with the ability to proactively provide solutions and ensure that key department initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic plan. Advanced degrees and licenses such as an MBA, CPA, or CMA are preferred but not required.
