About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance and Administration to join their mission-driven team. This full-time, remote role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in change management and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Leadership Team to execute organizational strategy, implement new processes, and foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Responsibilities include managing operations for finance, payroll, technology, and HR, leading the annual budget cycle, and overseeing fiscal management to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability. The VP will also be responsible for capacity development, evaluation, and leveraging technology to drive operational effectiveness.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of national nonprofit experience, and a minimum of five years in a senior management role. Experience in anti-hunger, anti-poverty, or child and family-focused nonprofit organizations with multiple geographic locations is highly valued. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and lead diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive is required, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, and Asana. The VP will be expected to work with the leadership team to set and exceed organizational goals, ensuring the company's programs have a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
