Note: This position requires that you drive to the same three assigned warehouses 5 days/week for cleaning.

COMPENSATION:

• $16/hour (plus mileage stipend is paid)
• Get paid weekly.
• 30 hours of total weekly pay (Two hours of warehouse cleaning per day at each of the three locations for a total of 6 hours of cleaning per day.)
• Plus mileage stipend provided (there is one cleaning location in each of these areas of Palm Beach County: Riviera Beach, Boynton Beach, and Pompano Beach)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a passion/interest of serving our customers through cleaning services.
• Janitorial/Cleaning Experience: 3 years (required)
• Driver's License (required)
• Must Use And Have Your Own Reliable Transportation (required)
• US Work Authorization (required)
• English (required)
• Successfully complete background screening and reference check

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Off Days: Wednesdays and Sundays, except during holidays where schedule may be altered.)
• Work Shift Schedule Options (one of these options will be used): Schedule Option 1: 5:30am to 7:30am (clean Riviera Beach location), 8am to 10am (clean Boynton Beach), 10:30 to 12:30am (clean Pompano Beach location). Schedule Option 2: 5am to 7am (clean Riviera Beach location), 7:30am to 9:30am (clean Boynton Beach), 10am to Noon (clean Pompano Beach location).

WORK LOCATION(S):

• Assigned to three warehouse locations (one in Riviera Beach, one in Boynton Beach, and one in Pompano Beach) that require cleaning 5 days/week.
• The locations are about 30 minutes apart from each other. (Mileage stipend provided)

WAREHOUSE CLEANING DUTIES:

• REQUIRED: Breakdown an estimated 100 to 150 boxes at each warehouse every Tuesday and Friday. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays the average box count to breakdown and put in trash is about 25 to 30 at each warehouse location.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms.
• Clean and disinfect counter surfaces in drivers area.
• Empty trash cans.
• Sweep and mop offices , hallways, bathrooms, and drivers area.
• Clean fire extinguishers and water fountains.
• Clean and disinfect all dispensers (paper towel, toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer) .
• Remove spiderwebs from warehouse weekly.
• Replenish products in dispensers as needed (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)
• Gather and stack trays.
• Parking lot: Pick up trash.
• Break down empty boxes and discard them.
• Keep chemical supply station/room organized with all chemicals/cleaning supplies secured and labeled (if applicable). Ensure the chemical supply station complies with contents of SDS binder.
• Required to wear company shirt daily.
