• Responsible for preparing the file for closing and providing exceptional closing services to clients. Job seekers should be driven, motivated professionals who are looking for growth. The Closing Officer also directs the work of the Closing Assistant. Exceptional customer service a priority. Must possess strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to prioritize & work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Job Functions:

- Review and prepare closing documents

- Communicate with Customers (Real Estate Agents, Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, etc)

- Attend closing meetings with all parties

- Review information from commitments, contracts, etc.

- Communicate effectively with all parties.

- Have the ability to work well under time constraints and fast pace environments.

High School Diploma and/or GED, required

- 1-3 years experience in title/real estate, required

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to analyze information to completion

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent Customer Service skills.
