Job Functions:
- Review and prepare closing documents
- Communicate with Customers (Real Estate Agents, Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, etc)
- Attend closing meetings with all parties
- Review information from commitments, contracts, etc.
- Communicate effectively with all parties.
- Have the ability to work well under time constraints and fast pace environments.
High School Diploma and/or GED, required
- 1-3 years experience in title/real estate, required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze information to completion
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
