Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student property management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure that all units are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Foster positive tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to achieve financial goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to market available units and attract prospective tenants through various marketing channels.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets and financial objectives.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
