Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our mental healthcare and wellness services.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends within the mental health and wellness industry.

- Create and manage digital and direct marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, billboards, and more.

-Must be proficient in canva and creating graphics.

-Video editing and content creation.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content, including blogs, articles, and infographics.

- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

-Coordinate events and interface with media.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies in the mental healthcare and wellness space.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the mental healthcare or wellness industry.

- In-depth knowledge of mental health and wellness trends, challenges, and best practices.

- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically, while also being detail-oriented.

- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
