About the Role

The Company is seeking a USPB and Wealth Strategy Manager to join their Corporate Strategy team. This role is pivotal in driving the vision of the firm to be a leading banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global wealth management leader, and a valued personal bank in the home market. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and supporting strategies to foster growth and returns for the USPB and Wealth businesses. This involves building strong relationships with business and functional leaders, partnering with finance and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities, and leading project-based teams while coaching and mentoring junior talent. The role also includes delivering thought leadership on market trends, managing the strategy cycle end-to-end, and ensuring alignment with the broader corporate strategy.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, strategy, or management consulting, with a preference for those with a background in consumer banking, payments, or wealth management. The role requires the ability to develop and apply strategic frameworks, deliver insights through rigorous analysis, and communicate a clear strategic vision. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, intellectually curious, and have a strong track record of coaching and mentoring. Excellent stakeholder management, partnership skills, and a collaborative approach are essential. A BA/BS is required, and an MBA is preferred, along with a strong knowledge of corporate finance relevant to financial institutions.
