About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Medical, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance. This strategic leadership role involves managing the pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs departments to ensure the successful achievement of both departmental and company-wide goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and leading the process of resolving critical safety issues and potential risks for all products. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the CEO to define the company's scientific and clinical direction, providing expert scientific and development insights for existing products and future strategies, and working with internal and external partners to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions.Candidates for this position must have a Medical degree (MD, DO, or ex-US equivalent), with sub-specialty training in Women’s or Endocrinology being highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years of industry experience with a proven track record of progressive leadership is essential, along with experience in medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and/or pharmacovigilance. The successful candidate will be part of a team environment that values continuous progress, innovation, and achieving results aligned with corporate objectives.
