The Company is seeking a strategic SVP, Global Operations to optimize and oversee the operational functions of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, innovation, and scalability across all areas to support the company's growth and success. This role involves managing and mentoring a team across various departments, developing and executing strategic operational plans, and collaborating with senior executives to align operational priorities with the company's strategic vision. Qualifications include demonstrated experience in managing offshore operations, UGC, social, and streaming, as well as a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and experience in change management are essential. The role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and a perpetual curiosity with a willingness to research.
