About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager for Operations and Security Services. This executive leadership role is pivotal in the planning, development, and execution of initiatives that enhance the cybersecurity posture of organizations. The successful candidate will serve as the second in command to the Executive Vice President, providing oversight of the operations functions of the Security Operations Center, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Computer Incident Response Team. They will also be responsible for developing trusted relationships with members of information-sharing and analysis centers, as well as federal and private sector partners. The role involves evaluating, recommending, and executing the implementation of tools and processes to improve security postures, and overseeing the stakeholder engagement organization. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in the design, planning, and implementation of operational strategies that support the organization's strategic priorities and will be the senior leader for the proposed cyber research program.Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a graduate-level degree, and at least 7 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale operations organizations, ideally in a cybersecurity or intelligence capacity. A minimum of 3 years of experience as part of an executive leadership team is required. The role demands a strong ability to develop and execute operational strategies, foster organizational innovation, and engage with stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a background of professional integrity. Experience in managing departmental budgets and solid financial acumen are also necessary. It is a plus if the candidate has experience in security product implementation, monitoring for large enterprises, and coordinating with government officials, particularly in the areas of state and local information technologies and elections processes. Non-profit experience is also beneficial.
