About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel or Director with a focus on M&A and Integration to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in M&A deal transactions, from due diligence to negotiation and integration. This includes coordinating the due diligence process, assessing and mitigating legal and business risks, and ensuring a seamless integration of newly acquired entities, businesses, and assets. The role also involves documenting and improving policies, processes, and procedures related to deal execution and integration, and exploring new technologies and shared services to enhance scalability.Applicants must have a law degree and be a member of the bar in the U.S. or an appropriate European equivalent, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in M&A, both in deal execution and integration. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, business acumen, and practical judgment, and be known for their collaborative, flexible, and organized approach. Strong interpersonal, communication, and attention to detail are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive the company's growth and improve the products and services offered to customers.
