We are seeking to hire a Scheduling/Routing Administrator near Bel Air, MD.

As a Scheduling/Routing Administrator your daily duties will consist of but not be limited to:

• Map & Optimize an average of 25 different schedules.
• Re-route Recurring Orders.
• Managing revenue goals per branch office.
• Maintain schedules 2 weeks in advance for the Automated Confirmation Calling System.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

As a Scheduling/Routing Administrator we require you have the following:

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding various personnel, branch and company-wide issues.
• Ability to interact with branch personnel on a daily basis via email and telephone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with online mapping systems, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to learn and use web-based applications.
