Confidential is Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator Near Paterson, NJ

Our exciting and committed home care agency, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Scheduling Coordinator for our Paterson, NJ office. We are providing home care services in multiple areas of New Jersey, for the residents in the community that require support with ADL's (assisted daily living), that may have a physical and/or developmental disability. Our caregivers' sole focus is excellent care with dignity and respect!

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day office tasks with a focus on staff scheduling for our Caregivers in our multiple locations to ensure we are delivering our mission, and services. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. In scheduling our Caregivers for our clients you will be supporting quality control efforts by assigning a schedule, and re-scheduling for any call outs or changes in shift times for appropriate coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Must have home care or similar setting experience
  • Must be tech savvy, familiarity with scheduling platforms such as HHAX is a plus!
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, and clients where applicable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting high volume calls (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Plan coordination and management of staff schedules for our Caregivers and Clients
  • Monitor staff schedule and being proactive in making adjustments as needed
  • Documenting communication with caregivers and clients
  • Customer service, deal with any complaints or issues
  • Collaborate with management and team members as needed

$ Pay will be based on experience

Work Location: In Person (Paterson, NJ)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
