Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide information and promote products/services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
- Proficient in using google calendar, excel, word.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with the team and customer
- Knowledge in construction setting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Basic sales knowledge for upselling opportunities
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate customer records
