Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to meet and exceed sales goals
• Provide high level of customer service
• Maintain a well organized environment
• Develop repeat business and strong industry relationships (designers, builders, architects)
• Follow up on leads, generate new business
• Provide friendly and prompt service
• Develop detailed knowledge of product lines and features
• Provide in home and in store design consultation for interiors, closets, bathrooms and kitchens.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate/trade school/design education preferred or in progress OR the ability to demonstrate hands-on learning through experience.
• Min 2 years - Prior sales experience with proven success record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Candidate must have computer knowledge or the ability to learn the following programs Microsoft Office (Excel), Auto CAD, 20/20
• Prior high end or luxury sales experience a plus
• Strong sales drive
