Join our Skilled Nursing team in our facility in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Primary Function:

The RN charge nurse or RN unit manager performs professional supervisory practice in the care of the geriatric resident requiring physical, emotional, and sub-acute care. Work involves the responsibility for supervising the provision of quality nursing care given at the facility. The position is responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of the nursing practice, coordinating the nursing and education programs, for recognizing and assisting in solving professional, and administrative and supervisory problems specifically in infection control and prevention. The position exercises considerable judgement in applying professional knowledge in solving nursing problems within the established policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current nursing license from the State of New Jersey or a compact state recognized by the New Jersey Board of Nursing at the time of hire and maintain the license in good standing throughout the course of employment.
• Must have Skilled acute Nursing unit manager experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
