Position is strongly based on sales and customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Following up on leads, Renting apartments, and advertising. Responsible for customer service to all tenants. Office duties include: Emails, follow up phone calls, assisting Property Manager. Leasing experience preferred. Must have some sort of sales or customer service experience, must be knowledgeable with Gmail and all Microsoft programs, reliable a must, team player, bubbly personality, organized etc.

This position is a floating position. You will be required to work at a couple different properties during the week, so reliable transportation is a must!

Salary: Up to $20-$21 an hour based on skills and experience with full benefits and 401k with company match.

Earn monthly bonuses and commissions.
