About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Health Plan Client Success, a strategic leader with a passion for scaling high-growth organizations and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in the context of health plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete portfolio of Health Plan clients, driving growth through expansions and upsells, and ensuring key business results related to client retention and scaling for growth. This role demands a leader who can inspire high performance, instill operational rigor, and promote a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance within the Client Success team. The candidate will also be expected to develop and maintain C-level client relationships, serve as an Executive Sponsor for key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to drive client engagement and resolution of client escalations.Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience leading and scaling high-functioning Client Success teams, with a minimum of 8 years in client-facing roles within the health plan sector. A "commercial mindset," deep business acumen, and a track record of exceeding goals are essential. The role requires a leader with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing Health Tech company, with a bias for action, strong coaching and strategy skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility, innovation, and a passion for the company's mission of raising the standard of healthcare for everyone.
