Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by attracting and selecting top talent.
Duties:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screenings
- Schedule interviews and provide necessary information to candidates and interviewers
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job advertisements
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for recruitment strategies
- Support employee onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee retention programs, including succession planning and employee evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Paychex, is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
