We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Quality Inspector at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for various quality control tasks to ensure the integrity of our products. Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting first pieces from each operation
• Recording data for each part inspected
• Conducting receiving inspection of incoming goods
• Performing final inspection of outgoing product
• Conducting in-process audits of processes and parts
• Maintaining detailed records of all products throughout the shop
• Communicating with stakeholders from a quality perspective
• Ensuring all in-house gauges are calibrated and approved for use
• Assisting team members with blueprint interpretation or questions
• Serving as the focal point for quality concerns within the shop

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand quality documents (Blueprints, Inspection Documents, Standards, etc.)
• Strong multitasking skills (First Piece, In-process, and Final Inspections)
• Proficiency in maintaining clear records (Customer Returns, Delivery Reports, Revision Changes, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic inspection processes and tools (Calipers, Thread Gauges, Tape Measure, Height Gauges)
• Familiarity with in-house calibration processes
• Experience in writing internal, customer, and vendor non-conformances
• Ability to work with Quality Manager to prepare for FAI, customer visits, and vendor audits
