Confidential is Hiring a Property Manager Near Suitland, MD

Property Manager will oversee and manage property as assigned. Work collaboratively with the Regional Property Management to identify operational issues, guide team members, and develop strategic plans for the success of the property. Build relationships with all residents to quickly solve problems as they arise and manage resident satisfaction to ensure a high level of tenant retention.

Responsibilities

  • Managing administration of property operations and leasing office
  • Providing a quality living environment for residents and positive work environment for team members
  • Ensuring that all apartments and property grounds are maintained at company standards
  • Proficient with rent collections
  • Contribute to team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention
  • Maintain outreach marketing that effectively market/promote the property
  • Understand the current sub-market
  • Lead by example to help maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in the property management field
  • 2 years supervisory experience with 300 unit property
  • Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated Leadership ability and proven track record of success with the leasing
  • Must be able to work on the weekends
  • Experience with AMSI
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with residents and prospects in a professional manner
  • Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing mandates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
