Property Manager needed in Bessemer, AL. Ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills. This position will require excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Qualified candidate will be proactive and driven, with a strong ability to lead a team to reach goals. This position will be responsible for leasing, marketing, rent collections and overseeing all daily property needs and staff. Candidates must have at least 3 years of verifiable residential/apartment experience and a proven track record of successfully managing Class B/C communities consisting of over 100 units. Must be a team player and results oriented. Yardi and Appfolio software experience a plus, but not required. Competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation DOE.
