Positions Available:

• Property Manager in Charge (PMIC)

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our rental properties.
• Maintain high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant relations.
• Implement effective property management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
• Use AppFolio property management software for various administrative tasks (experience preferred).

Requirements for Property Manager in Charge:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Experience with AppFolio software is a significant plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
