Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Manage project schedule & budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place, send to customer within week of order, update Salesforce, vendors, and project team
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, progress updates, and final reports
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

-Experience with manufacturing, fabrication, and/or engineering
- Bachelor's degree of a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project portfolio management and resource allocation
- Strong technical writing skills for creating project documentation
- Budgeting experience with the ability to manage project costs effectively
- Ability to manage scope changes and ensure project objectives are met
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and drive decision-making
