Confidential is Hiring a Procurement Specialist Near Springfield, MA

A manufacturing company located in greater Springfield, MA is actively seeking a Procurement Specialist for an immediate opening. The Procurement Specialist will be primarily responsible for sourcing, negotiations, and procuring materials, parts, and services required for production. The Procurement Specialist will perform the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing and business terms
  • Maintain supplier relationships
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Review and approve contractor procurement procedures and documents
  • Assist in resolving procurement issues
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders
Qualifications:
  • 4 year degree in business, supply chain, or related preferred
  • 4 years experience in a fast paced, related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Package: Up to $80,000 depending on experience
