Position Overview: As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our practice's success by managing daily operations while focusing on facilitating effective consultations to educate patients on our services, build value around their recommended treatment, and provide financial options to help them say YES to their new smile. Your primary responsibility will be to guide patients through the dental implant journey, from initial consultation to treatment completion, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultative Sales: Utilize your expertise to educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and potential outcomes. Conduct thorough consultations, addressing patient concerns and overcoming objections to getting started.

2. Patient Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with patients by providing empathetic support, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout their implant journey. Address any questions or apprehensions to alleviate concerns and instill confidence in treatment decisions.

3. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, staff management, inventory control, and financial administration. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals and support staff to coordinate patient care, streamline processes, and maintain a cohesive team environment. Provide guidance and training as needed to optimize performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in dental practice management and case acceptance.
  • Strong knowledge of dental implant procedures, materials, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
