We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join us as a Seasonal Planning Clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by assisting in planning and scheduling manufacturing activities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales orders, analyzing production schedules, ensuring timely order completion, and collaborating with various departments to meet shipping targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate sales orders, back orders, and material availability.
- Analyze daily production schedules to meet capacity requirements and shipping plans.
- Ensure timely completion of priority and same-day orders.
- Generate daily reports on production capacity, inventory status, and backorders.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, and Shipping departments for on-time order completion.
- Assist in key scheduling initiatives and production audits.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to make timely decisions independently.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems, Acumatica preferred.
