Location:Punta Gorda
Position Type: Full-Time
Rate: $20- $25/hour

What you would do:
- Assemble permit packets for new construction jobs
- Submit applications electronically and obtain permits
- Coordinates with sales designers, engineers, and city officials
- Review all paperwork and engineering necessary to process permits
- Track and update project team on the status of permits (applied, issued, submitted)
- Remove any permitting blockers or revisions
- Communicate effectively with counties and municipalities during application process
- Work closely with the sales, clients and municipalities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Deliver permit packages to municipalities. Schedule and coordinate all required meetings and appointments to finalize permit procurement.

Required
- Minimum two years construction permitting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- US Work Authorization
- Have a good driving record
- Maintaining the highest standards in customer-service; ethical and professional conduct
