Confidential is Hiring a Payroll/HR Administrator Near Manchester, NH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of weekly payroll entries and reconciliation according to set schedule.
  • Conduct weekly payroll audits in adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to administer and track benefits, paid time off, and incentive programs effectively.
  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to management, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist the HR department by facilitating the New Hire Onboarding process, assembling new hire packets, handling new hire paperwork, entering employee data into the HRIS system, and managing I-9 forms.
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files, including actively tracking the expiration of I-9 documents and coordinating their renewal with HR in a timely manner.
  • Process verifications of employment for various purposes upon receipt of release of information, including unemployment.
  • Assists in organizing employee appreciation events such as birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries.
  • Support both internal and external audits as required.
  • Offer administrative support to other functional groups as needed.

Qualifications for this role:

  • High School diploma or GED; an associate degree a plus.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing, experience using Trivantus, Kronos or Evolution a plus, 1-2 years of Payroll Administration.
  • Basic HR knowledge (filing, orientation, new hire onboarding).
  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and by phone.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Excel knowledge is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
