A Dayton area business is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator/Accounting individual to process weekly in-house payroll utilizing PAYCOR for approximately 500 employees, administer payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits, as well as general accounting functions.
The qualified candidate must have:
a minimum of three years of experience in general accounting
a minimum of three years of experience in payroll with at least one year utilizing PAYCOR
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred but not required
A high proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Great Plains Software
Must be detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and a self-starter, and possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
