PART-TIME FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
20 HRS PER WEEK
$35.00-$38.00 PER HOUR
A SMALL PERSONAL CARE INGREDIENT COMPANY IN LINCOLN PARK NJ IS SEEKING A P/T F/C BOOKKEEPER TO PERFORM THE DAY TO DAY ACCOUNTING
FUNCTION FOR THE COMPANY.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE & COLLECTIONS
CASH MANAGEMENT OF US$ & EURO BANK ACCOUNTS
INVENTORY CONTROL
MONTHLY CLOSING OF BOOKS INCLUDING JOURNAL ENTRIES AND RECONCILING BANK STATEMENTS
EXPENSE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
GENERAL LEDGER MAINTENANCE
PROCESS SEMI-MONTHLY PAYROLL USING PAYCHEX
BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION-MEDICAL & 401K
HANDLE YEAR-END AUDIT WITH CPA
HANDLE ANNUAL LOC RENEWAL WITH BANK
BUDGET PREPARATION
PREPARE WEEKLY/MONTHLY SALES & CASH REPORTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE & MICROSOFT OFFICE
5 YEARS BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE OF EURO FOREIGN CURRENCY
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
TRUSTWORTHY WITH ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL DATA
