We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, power washing, and other general labor.

Pay depending on experience.
No experience: $20/hour plus performance bonuses.
With experience: Higher starting hourly rate, plus performance bonuses.

Are you a responsible and motivated individual looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity? We are hiring for a painter/laborer position! Join our well-established power washing company in the Greater Hartford area as a Painter/Laborer. We are seeking experienced or inexperienced candidates who are reliable and eager to take on responsibilities independently.

This position includes but is not limited to the following:

• Painting Work
• Landscaping work.
• Perform power washing, roof cleaning, deck cleaning, and related tasks.
• Lift and move equipment, capable of handling loads exceeding 50lbs.
• Maintain equipment to company standards.
• Work independently and/or coordinate with colleagues on assigned jobs after proper training.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold a high level of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift more than 50lbs.
• Ability to work at least 2-3 days a week part-time, or full-time (especially during our peak in summer)
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ambitious.
• Responsible and able to work independently, as well as on a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Must have a drivers license.

More Information:

• Pay will be based on experience and responsibility level.
• Mechanical skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in painting and general labor roles is a plus.
