Job Description
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our well-established and successful residential home building company. This individual should have experience in the construction field (specifically working for a residential home builder) and ambitions to grow with increased responsibility and management. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a positive attitude, flexibility, enthusiasm, dependability, and trustworthiness.
This job offers a great opportunity for involvement with all aspects of running a small construction company. The office manager will wear many hats as this position also includes some HR and Executive Assistant functions including payroll, customer support, answering & screen calls, serve as the go-to person for all office needs.
The successful candidate will have the following:

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time, Monday through Friday
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required Experience: 3 years Office Management with a Residential Home Builder.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
