Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary to complete repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred
- Proven experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and schematics
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of high voltage equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
