Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management
- Manage property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance activities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Maintain a professional office environment and ensure phone etiquette is upheld
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
